Isamar Rodriguez

Isamar Rodriguez is a full-stack software engineer with 4+ years of experience, most recently in the financial services industry, building enterprise-scale platforms. She brings a product engineer mindset to her work, focusing on reliability, user impact, and modernizing legacy systems into more resilient, event-driven architectures.

Beyond her technical work, Isamar is passionate about expanding access to tech careers and championing underrepresented people in tech, especially women. She volunteers as a curriculum advisor for a nonprofit tech bootcamp, helping shape the next generation of engineers, and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence at Boston University. An NYC native from the Bronx, she's a self-proclaimed foodie who loves to travel, explore beauty and makeup, and seek out new experiences. She is also a fluent Spanish speaker.
